This web portal gives our customers 24/7 visibility into their language services to support effective governance of their partnership with us.Through a streamlined, password-protected login process, our customers have convenient, electronic access to a breadth of reports to manage their language services. TeleInterpreters’ online reporting features include:
Invoice reports
As a cost-tracking tool for our customers, TeleInterpreters provides current billed monthly invoices and call summary information with data fields that provide complete accountability for each call. All available data fields can be easily sorted and viewed in ascending or descending order. Consolidated billing gives customers a complete picture of all language services.
Invoice file export capability
For greater flexibility of use with other internal reports, the file export feature allows customers to save their invoice and call summary reports in a convenient Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Language summary reports
TeleInterpreters’ web-based language summary reports provide customers with the ability to track the progress of their services by language, interpretation minutes, number of calls, average duration, and cost. Customers also have the option to download language summary reports into a Microsoft Word file.
Historical reports
In addition to viewing the current invoice and real-time language summary reports, customers can also access historical invoice and language summary reports for more comprehensive tracking of costs and to discern important trends.
Online email
The web contact page gives customers the option of communicating with TeleInterpreters via email. Customers can ask a general question or direct an email specifically to our technical services or billing departments.
