Calls are graded according to very detailed interpreter skill components, knowledge of subject matter, code of ethics, and professional conduct criteria.
- Educational monitoring
This serves as an integral component of TeleInterpreters’ training and continuing education initiatives.
- On-demand monitoring
This targets designated customer applications or evaluates specific interpreters.
